Armando Jr

From Armando’s early teenage years, growing up in the Bay Area, he began working on small projects like go-karts and rc-cars which quickly turned in to full size vehicles. And as time passed he’s eventually reached a point where he has laid hands on just about any vehicle you could think of. Teamed up with UDETAILERS as the leading contractor for Central California in Aircraft Detailing Services, an immense passion for Aviation built up over the past years, he believes he might have to take it to the next level. That being said we hope to see a pilot on our team here soon.

Iris Ramos

Driven by a strong interest in organization and operations, Iris has developed her experience across healthcare, community programs, and small business settings. While pursuing her MBA, she continues to deepen her understanding of leadership and strategy, blending insight with hands-on experience. Today, she works closely with Shepherd’s leadership team, overseeing client communications, scheduling, and the internal systems that support daily workflow. With a calm, detail-oriented approach, Iris supports the team and helps create a smooth, positive experience for clients.
